Financial Updates
- OTFCA Board Travel (February, Washington, DC): Funds were used to cover travel, conference registration, lodging, and related expenses for OTFCA Board members to attend the National Narcotics Officers Association (NNOAC) conference and meet with Ohio legislators.
- Website Maintenance Services: Fees paid to WEBCHICK for maintaining and supporting OTFCA’s website.
- Consulting Services: Consulting fees paid to Tom Fallon for providing legislative advocacy and consulting services on behalf of OTFCA in Columbus, OH, and Washington, DC.
- OTFCA and HIDTA Spring Meeting (April, Columbus): Funds were used to cover hotel accommodations for commanders, breakfast and lunch for conference attendees, conference room rental, and audiovisual equipment rental.
- OTFCA Legislative Event (April, Columbus): Funds were used to support an OTFCA legislative event with Ohio State Representatives. A portion of the event costs was covered by outside partners, including the Ohio Deflection Association and the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police.
- NARCO Conference Golf Outing (September): Funds were used to purchase golf divot tools for the NARCO conference golf outing.
- NARCO Conference Raffle Contribution (September): OTFCA contributed three firearms for the NARCO raffle held during the September conference.
- 2026 NNOAC Conference Registration (February, Washington, DC): Registration fees were paid for OTFCA members to attend the National Narcotics Officers Association (NNOAC) conference in Washington, DC.
- OTFCA/HIDTA Spring Meeting (Columbus, OH) & NARCO/OTFCA Conference (October, Columbus, OH): Funds were used to support meetings and conferences, including related expenses for attendees.
- Medina FOP Golf Tournament Contribution: OTFCA contributed to the Medina Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) golf tournament.
- Accounting and Tax Services: Fees paid to Smith & Stueve PLL for OTFCA’s tax filing and related accounting services.
- 2025 NNOAC Membership Dues: Payment of membership dues for OTFCA’s participation in the National Narcotics Officers Association (NNOAC).
- OTFCA Apparel for Board Members: Purchase of shirts and jackets for OTFCA board members.
